“Web site stated product was rated for outside use. However, when it arrived, it had a transformer, and that was rated for inside use only and would not fit in a standard exterior waterproof plug socket. Was a birthday gift so I had no time to return it before use. I will have to buy a proper replacement soon. Very annoying.”

“Due to no fault of Lighting Direct, my order arrived broken. The packaging was acceptable and clearly marked fragile but had been bent at some time in transit, breaking the fluorescent tubes. The speed at which they replaced them was remarkable and truly indicative of a first rate company. The fact that the T4 tubes were the best value online (or anywhere for that matter) and postage was very reasonable means I will certainly use them again and can highly recommend them.”

“Still awaiting delivery 11 days after paying for an express service promising 2-3 days. Delays happen but I am still awaiting confirmation of delivery date despite daily emails and phone calls.”

“Easy to use web-site for browsing and ordering. Wasn't in stock when ordered but given a re-stocking date. Updated when back in stock and given delivery date and tracking information. Dispatched quickly and well packed so arrived intact. Good quality light just as described on the web page. Great on-line shopping experience!”
