“I would buy from them again. I found the website easy to use and find my way around and the actual placing of the order was also easy. The delivery went well and they acknowledged instructions as to what should be done if we were not available and we did receive notification of the time slot in which the delivery would occur. The items were also packed neatly safely and securely.”

Sorry to read this. I can understand your disappointment. Your purchase left us within hours of you placing your order however as I discussed with you, the delay is down to our carriers having difficulty locating your address. We enjoy excellent service from our carrier partners however on rare occasions delays occur. This is a very neat and compact fitting that customers tend to buy in multiples so perhaps a larger solar fitting would have suited you better. Also we always recommend that all solar lights are left to charge for at least three days before using to gain optimum performance.
