“I would have given them four stars but for the fact that even though it said free delivery when I got to check- out I had to pay £5.99 for delivery to to N Ireland! Prompt efficient service from Lighting Direct.”

“Thank you ,yes there was a delay on my order and when I spoke to customer service they informed me that the delay was due to the GU10 bulbs being out of stock. I told them not a problem I have . The lights were dispatched and arrived with a couple of days. I certainly would use you again as you were recommended by my electrician”

“Light didn't arrive by the date I was given so I had to ring the company up to chase the order. I was then told that there were none in stock, all 3 they had were broken, so they would have to wait for new stock but they had not bothered to tell us. I was then given a new date for delivery and the light was delivered by that date. It has been fitted and looks good, so far pleased with it.”
