“I was unable to remove the diffusing screen or the back plate from the bathroom shaver light I purchased. I called customer services (toll free number which is good) and left a message but no reply so I called again the following day. After the second call that day I spoke with the technical expert who immediately arranged for a replacement light to be sent for delivery the following day. True, to his word, it came as promised. This one I could remove the diffusing screen and backplate easily. I would certainly use them again as, except for the sluggish response by customer services, I was very satisfied with the outcome.”

“I first tried to place the order by phone but after getting put though to sales I just got ano automated message no one was there? It was midday. Later when I could I placed the order by Internet with no problem.”

“My only criticism of the service is that the order confirmation implied 3 of the 4 items would be delivered the following day but the fourth one was out of stock and would be sent after five days. This was ok but I was relying on the first 3 items to arrive and on the fourth day I chased up only to be told that all 4 would be delivered the next day, which they were. The lesson here is to make your confirmations less ambiguous. Otherwise good..”

“The fitting was damaged.The packing was 100% nothing wrong with the way it was packed. The frame holding the glass was broken on one corner,with no visible damage. Made a repair rather than returning the item.”
