“Not the first time used lighting direct and always pleased with their products and service. However, the delivery was not as good as previous order. The courier, DPD did not delivery on the day advised it arrived the following day, and they actually delivered my order to my neighbour's house. DPD also sent a photo of packaging confirming the delivery was as I requested to my back garden, unfortunately it was not my garden and after process of elimination and knocking a couple is doors I found my delivery.”

“Unfortunately, the strip light which I bought had the wrong shape connecting plug so did not fit my existing system. Customer service sent a returns label but I decided to keep the lamp and simply plug into a 13a socket. I then managed to buy a suitable replacement from B&Q!”

“Good range of product and fast delivery. Prices can be very variable though - cheapest available for some ranges but very expensive for others, so worth checking that the products represent good value. I've used LD before and would use again.”

“Once I found what I wanted, the service was excellent. At first I couldn't find online what I required so I needed to email Lighting Direct and then it took 3 days for them to respond. Also the contact number was an expensive rate number (0845 if I recall) so I didn't want to call it. However once I received details of the product I needed, the process was very straightforward from then on. Amat I suggest the phone number is changed to a low call rate number. The product itself was perfect, just what I wanted.”
