“Nice lamps and well packaged. Unfortunately, one of the shafts was bent and it was delivered a day late. However, customer services have been great and sent out a replacement, plus will arrange to pick-up the faulty one free of charge.”

Please accept my apologies for the delay in resolving your problem John. We are currently awaiting new stock on the Gainsborough light and expect this early next week, as soon as this is available a replacement screw will be sent immediately. “A DPD delivery driver called Mechelle could not be bothered to find my house so I was kept in a day for nothing. Thank goodness James did a better job than she did. Lighting Direct did perfectly my order was on it's way quickly and was just as it should be.I was very pleased all round. Yes I will buy from them again.”
