“They could improve by getting their website to work properly. After my initial order I tried to order again the website would not accept my password which I am 110% sure was correct on all SIX tries so I went to toolstation and bought what I required- pity really -but you did ask!!”

“Items were ordered and never delivered, the customer services were terrible, promising to call me back and or advising the order had been shipped. Finally having enough of the run around after 3 weeks I asked for a refund, which I was told had been done, still waiting 5 weeks later...!”

“Ordering was very easy on line and was able to select Sunday delivery. Shame it didn?t arrive on Sunday. Carrier attempted to deliver on the Saturday, and it eventually arrived on the Monday. Package was well wrapped and carrier texted a one hour time slot which was really useful. Very pleased with the light and would have given 5 stars if delivery had gone to plan”
