“The wrong package was delivered on the 27 December and I have try to get it back although it had my name and address on it was full of strip lights for a coach.I would really like it moved I would put it outside but I don't want to be blamed for any damage.i am pleased with my own purchase please resolve this soon”

“The advice from the helpline people was very good and would get 5 stars on own merit BUT for the fact you use a premium rate phone number that resulted in an additional £7 cost to my purchase.... c'mon, that's not good customer service in 2018!”

“Very efficient service. Ordered over Christmas and lights arrived on the date stated. Delivered by DPD so had a 1 hour delivery time slot. Lights well packaged and exactly as described. The price seemed reasonable. Overall very good service. Will use again.”

“The first purchase I made had to be returned (no fault with the product, just a change of mind on my behalf) - but I found the returns process to be a faff. Firstly, I don't have a printer so had to arrange for my daughter to print off a returns label and bring it over to me. Secondly, my nearest branch of DPD to drop off the return parcel only opens between 9am and 1pm on Saturdays - and as I work away all week this isn't very convenient. Also, the nearest nominated DPD drop off point is a 14 mile round trip from my home. A very big faff indeed. Thirdly, you charged me £5..00 for the privilege :(”
