“I found the customer service team very helpful - there was a delay on the delivery date so I contacted the company they sorted it out very quickly and my light was delivered within 2 days very pleased”

“The delivery was quick using DPD, product as described and very well packaged, can't really complain about anything. I would use again. As a side note, DPD offers the option of re-arranging delivery for a different day if you are not at home. I have used it, got the confirmation from them that they will deliver two days later but they still delivered on the initial day when I wasn't at home (so they delivered to a neighbour).”

“Delivery and arrival all fine. Wall Lights were fiddly to fit - not enough room at back for wiring so difficult to get them to fit flush on to the wall. However, the do look good.”

“Great product and good price. Delivered next day but one of the lights had a small piece broken off at the back. I phoned customer services at 5.30pm and a replacement was with me the next day. Service as it should be!”
