“The wall lamp was missing a screw to hold the glass in place, but a quick phone call to lighting-direct and a 2 new screws arrived in the post the following day. Obviously it would have been better if the screw was there in the first place, but the service was very good.”

“Lighting direct were offering the products at competitive prices and, importantly, they were in stock. The delivery was in accordance with that stated on the website. Packaging was very good, which is just as well as the courier managed to damage the outside layer. However the items were undamaged.”
