“Good range. Found the type of bulb I needed that wasn't available elsewhere (bent tip 4W LED replacement for standard 40W variety). Delivered as promised.”

“I was told my order would be delivered in 3 days it took 9 days and I changed to say I would pick it up at a local Sainsbury?s I received a text tosayitwould be there the next day I never heard any more and it was finally delivered to my home address luckily there were workmen on steroids except the delivery”

“Was given the option of next day before 12 delivery. This came at a cost but was convenient as there was someone in on that day. Parcel wasn?t delivered until a day later. Admittedly it was before 12 but meant that another day was disrupted. Upon contacting them they said the weather was bad. No offer to refund the postage, just a ?we don?t care attitude ? Not recommended at all”

“Very friendly salesperson on the phone - good at helping someone who had found the huge number of items available on the website a bit bewildering - and had little idea how to assess and choose the right product for the effect wanted. Was advised, reassured and able to take advantage of a good discount. Very swift delivery - and the lights are perfect.... I have finally replaced old lights underneath the silver birch trees in my garden, and now in good time for christmas they are there on the timer switch making it all look lovely and mysterious.”
