“The lights are fine and do what we want them for. However the base is a little unstable Not sure whether this may be due to insufficient tightening with poor spanner provided.”

“Should not be using Hermes who claim they have delivered.Only the 4 Batteries have arrived. We are locked down and are here all the time.They say they put the parcel through the letter box.Not possible! No indication when they were coming.What day or time,Just they had come. Their depot in York has an awful reputation.Please could you send another picture light etc. Many thanks.”
