Should not be using Hermes who claim they have delivered.Only the 4 Batteries have arrived.
We are locked down and are here all the time.They say they put the parcel through the letter box.Not possible! No indication when they were coming.What day or time,Just they had come.
Their depot in York has an awful reputation.Please could you send another picture light etc.
