“The two floodlights arrived well packed a week after order - this likely due to the intervening May Bank holiday. The lights are well constructed and replace two older "heat rays" on the roof. They produce as much or more light instantly and it looks more natural too. E-mail invoicing and delivery advice all very efficient.”

I am sorry to hear the two bulbs you bought were faulty. Clearly if they are rattling they were somehow damaged in transit.
