“Sadly the fitting I received arrived damaged despite being very well boxed. I phoned immediately and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. I suggested only the broken strip light be replaced. The company exceeded my request and sent a complete new component which I received very promptly. Thank you. Maureen Bannatyne”

“I purchased a product that was promised in 2 working days. Then it became 2 weeks. When it didn't arrive, I had to chase them. Oh, sorry, there's been a holdup and won't arrive until the end of the month. In fact, I ordered on 13th March and it finally arrived on 1st May. Conversations with customer service were delightful, but not much else. Chasing a supplier for a service paid for almost 2 months' earlier is not a good experience. I will not use them again.”

“Items seem of good value but my electrician has yet to install. Mostly the purchase and delivery was so easy and quick. Delivery company keeping me informed so I was at delivery address for my rather large parcels !”
