“The Wife has left me a list of jobs to do while she's away. She's called it Operation kerb appeal. Paint the fence, plant the plants and Outside lights etc. No brainer Lighting Direct for the lights: super selection, great price, easy to use and informative website with super and I mean super fast delivery.”

“Terrible service and poor resolution. The item was purchased for a birthday present but only contained the bulb not the lamp! It was only when I enquired about when the lamp would be delivered that I was told it was out of stock. The item was listed as available on the website and in every confirmation email it was listed as being delivered on a specific date. Since complaining I was initially challenged and made out to be either stupid or a liar and once the error with the delivery information was proved I was told that things would be further reviewed but that was 5 days ago and I've not had any follow up since.”
