“After a disappointing start when a stock item became a 2 week delivery immediately after order placement. It all came good in the end. Only waited a few more days then I was able to select a delivery day. On the selected day an e -mail arrived in the morning stating a 1 hour time slot and that was adhered to.”

“The wall lamp was missing a screw to hold the glass in place, but a quick phone call to lighting-direct and a 2 new screws arrived in the post the following day. Obviously it would have been better if the screw was there in the first place, but the service was very good.”

“The product was very satisfactory but the bulbs were missing from the shipment. However, a phone call resulted in them being put in the post immediately. This is our second purchase from the company and would definitely use them again. Also, delivery was very prompt on both occasions.”
