“I received a faulty unit. The replacement unit works fine. They did say there was a 3 day response time to customer services for faulty Goods. I did not receive a response. So after a week +I resubmitted request, received a response within the timescale. New unit received no questions asked. Delivery excellent.”

“Good service of 5 stars not given because the order indicated delivery dates which turned out incorrect as Lighting Direct were out of stock. But fair play to them because when I pointed out the goods had not arrived, they admitted their problem and put it right swiftly. They are good people to deal with, and I commend them.”

“Service is very good and it would have been 5 stars had they not recommended the wrong bulb in the website for the fitting! Had me doubting myself on my abilities to screw in the light bulb! But after a call it has been resolved FOC! Can?t ask better than that!!”

“Prompt delivery - even if in massive boxes. Ordered Two lights, which came in separate boxes. Not a problem, but both lights would have fitted in either box. Why send two, when one would do ?”
