“Lights arrived with incorrect plugs (european not UK, despite no mention of this on the site or order) - I contacted customer services to ask for a replacement. They initially responded saying they're just sold like that and the package contains convertors (it didn't), they then said they would send replacement (they didn't) and they're now ignoring my emails. Customer service is very poor and definitely won't be ordering from here again.”

“Returned items, was very disappointed to find that it was plastic for this price and after double checking the description. If I wanted plastic I would have bought the one in ikea for £7. Gutted as hate wasting my time.”
