“What is the point of arranging delivery to a neighbor in the event of my absence which was not done. Further, despite being told that a "sorry we missed you" note with its number had been delivered, no such note was found. I was surprised at how far LED lamps protruded from their holders. Not clear from the sales photo on the web site that this would be the case.”

“LEDs advertised in an email I received. I have finally received them more than four months later after numerous phone calls. This is not good enough. Products should not be advertised if there is no stock and none available for months.”
