“This has to be the best customer service I have received in a long time. The website is easy to use and prices were great value. I ordered 5 external lights and they were delivered swiftly. Unfortunately, 2 were damaged. They were packed very well, so I can only assume the 2 lights were damaged pre-transit. Anyway, I contacted customer services by email. They immediately understood my problem, arranged for 2 replacements and these were received within 48hours without me having to return the damaged items first. No hassle at all. So what could have been a difficult transition, turned out to be a refreshing change. I will definitely use again!”

“Items were dispatched very quickly but after that it was awful. I paid for a before 12 service. At 11.56 I got a text from the carrier DPD saying they had tried to deliver which they had not. I then left 2 telephone messages and sent an email to Lighting Directs Customer "Service" dept none of which have been responded to. Then about 4pm the package arrived via a different DPD driver. I have not been refunded the before 12 surcharge I paid”
