“Although it took a complaint about the delivery date changing, the two fittings did arrive as per the original date given. Whilst installing them early on Sunday morning one of the fittings had both the GU10 lamps smashed inside the light, this meant that as well as messing around to get the broken ones out I then had to wait for a shop to open and then purchase two more lamps at my cost as a price was already agreed with the client.”
