“Amazingly quick delivery- 18hrs form ordering, repeated next day with another item I had forgotten. Also excellent for information, through online info, by phone and by email for the complicated stuff. Could not really get much better. And the plug and play garden lights are great and so easy.”

“The outdoor light looked on the web as all black but when it arrived it had a stainless steel top Rereading the details it did state that the light had a steel cap I thought this had meant the sphere on top of the lamp not the whole cover I phoned up about returning it and the team said that this had happened before so they would collect the light free of charge. This is excellent service so refreshing to have a company accept partial responsibility and put it right I have now found an all black light which I ordered from the company and this was delivered within 24 hours I would certainly use this company again and recommend it.”

“Cannot fault this item or this service, light we received was exactly as stated & what we actually wanted the service was the best i have ever come across item delivered within 18 hrs of ordering.I will definitely use this site again & recommend to others who are looking for quality & excellent service, i can not advise Lighting Direct how to improve their servive as i'm not a professor”
