“I bought these lights to replace a pair bought four years ago, which no longer worked. I was a bit sceptical as these were half the price; however they look impressive and so far work really well. Really pleased. Plus delivery was quick. Highly recommend.”

“Use a different courier, the company is at fault for this fact in decision making. The customer relations service received was good however and the goods arrived eventually, however for a promised next day delivery which arrived 4 day's later is not satisfactory. I will not be using this company again. To many in the market place.”

“I ordered 2 small wall lights which arrived on the day promised. Unfortunately, one of the lights didn't work. I rang to advise and the Customer Services person was so helpful and friendly. She said, and then sent an email confirming, that she would arrange for the warehouse to send a replacement. This was Friday afternoon and I received the new fitting on Monday morning. What a great service and they were a pleasure to do business with. I will certainly recommend.”

“Reasonably quick delivery. One unit had a slightly bent mounting plate and coincidentally the same unit has been slightly unreliable so I?m monitoring the installation. Not sure it?s Lighting Directs fault though so I?d use them again.”

“The glass on one end of light was cracked and the outer glass rim was not even present in box ! So it was obviously a returned dansmged item before I received it . Also the colour, which states anthracite online , was not what I expected more like stainless steel. No colour stated in box either.”
