“Excellent service. Beautiful table lamp at a very reasonable price. The bulb that was suggested against the touch lamp I purchased was incorrect. When we fitted it to the lamp the 3 stage touch didn?t work. I contacted customer service who were most apologetic as it was the wrong type of bulb and the correct one was sent out immediately on a next day delivery service. So I?m a very happy customer!”

“Prompt and efficient delivery. We had The kitchen lamps fitted the following day. Unfortunately one of the the lamps failed later that day. I called lighting direct who immediately dispatched a replacement lamp. The replacement arrived quickly we have not any further issues. Overall they were very good.”

“Schnelle, korrekte Auftragsabwicklung, incl. sehr schneller Lieferung. Extrem gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Dauer der Bestellung in England bis zur Auslieferung in Deutschland: drei Tage, schneller geht's nicht. Würde Lighting-direct auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.”
