“Prompt service but delivery could be improved. 2 small light bulbs packed in box 15 x too big! Result - would not fit through letterbox so had to delay receipt by 4 days to ensure someone at home to accept delivery. More thought needed to find better way to deliver small orders.”

“I'm happy with the wall lamp and bulb I ordered, the price was fair and it came (mostly) when promised. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I ordered a wall lamp and bulb on the same day, but a few minutes apart on separate orders and they came in two separate deliveries. While this was not inconvenient for me, it still should have been picked up by a good system and sent out in one delivery. This would have been more efficient environmentally and financially.”
