“Website good easy to order however there was a mix up with the notification that confirmed next day delivery but the item was actually out of stock. This was quickly cleared up by a phone call and the item arrived a week later.”

“Unfortunately the product concerned has been returned. No faults, BUT website photo did not accurately represent the sheer size and weight, thus not appropriate. Returns procedure clear and worked well. Customer Service staff extremely helpful and professional. One complaint. Packaging was absurd. Internal box containing product was only 25% of the size of the outer shipping carton. Difference in cubic space made up with 78, yes 78, inflated plastic air bags. Outer carton could have contained an extremely large microwave cooker rather than a single pendant light fitting. Ridiculous waste of materials and negative environmental impact. To compound the absurdity, I was told "return it as you received it". So stupid!”
