“Other companies have arranged a flat fee pre paid return p/p that can be paid for at the checkout to allow a fair price for the return of goods that are not suitable on inspection. I had to pay £12 to return the lights that were poor quality and unsuitable which is not fair. If u did this for non trade u would get more customers. It?s a no brainier!!!!!!”
