“*Offensive comments removed by Feefo* I had to wait in 3 times. First he sent a picture of the wrong door saying we weren't at home - not sure which door or where he was. He did not phone us. When I complained they said he would come back i the evening but nothing happened. Finally I had a text for delivery the next day with a different chap which was fine. Lady at customer service v nice and did call back when she said. Light itself easy to install and I am very pleased with the product.”

“Your products are good. However your courier service were not, they left a note on there first attempt at delivery but did not knock or ring the bell(I was home all day) the note said they would deliver next day and the goods did not arrive for another 2 days. Hence my score, please review your courier delivery service”
