“The fastest delivery ever, hands down beat Amazon! Beautiful lighting, well packaged and very well priced. They have not been installed yet but I'm excited to see them once they have. I would definitely buy from this company again and would highly recommend them.”

“Ordered 3 lights. Easy to install and look nice. 2 work fine but sadly one of the 3 flickers and is duller then the other 2 when if isn’t flickering which drives us mad so don’t turn them on really. How can I get this one replaced?”

“We had been looking for a particular pendant light at an affordable price, which we found with Lighting Direct. The light fitting arrived the day after it was ordered. When we opened the box to install, we found that one of the glass elements had broken in transit. On reporting this, there was no question, a complete and whole new light fitting was dispatched, which arrived in 72hrs. It is a great product at an affordable price with great customer service. We will be purchasing more from them.”

“The lights are good quality and there is a great selection. Delivery was prompt. The delivery cost was excessive especially as the extra charge for separately delivering the bulbs was not stated at the outset so I did not know until the bulbs had been dispatched. I would have cancelled this part of the order had I been advised.”

“It said when we bought the light it was in stock . You took our money. Then told us it would be months before our light could be delivered. NOT GOOD!!!!!!!”

“I am delighted with not only my new gorgeous lamps, but also the service I have received. Very polite, friendly customer service lady assured me about delivery after a slight query over when my order would arrive. Sure enough all the emails came through as she said, and I received my delivery on the day I was expecting. Thankyou so much, I'm literally thrilled with my new lamps, they are just perfect in my front room, and they didn't break the bank either!”
