“Based on previous reviews, ordered several bulbs we couldn't find on the high street. Delivered in good time. Opened package carefully (well protected). Opened one of five bulbs carefully and realised wrong type (for oven not living room). Return process was straightforward, if not inconvenient for me to go to Post office. Re-ordered correct product. First time, I was focussed on type of bulb, wattage, dimmable etc. missed small print of "oven". Second time used website's filter which found useful (unlike some other websites). Correct products received in good time. Work fine. Refund received in due course.”
