“I needed a replacement round florescent tube which I used to be able to pick up locally but which nobody seems to stock any more. this is probably because of the EU ruling on the future use of them. Lightbulbs direct had them in stock so I ordered a couple of them. I was a little nervous of ordering them on line because they are father fragile items and I was not sure they would survive the courier handling them. However I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived on time and in perfect condition. now fitted and working. very pleased.”

“Unfortunately, the First Adaptor supplied was the incorrect 'Male connection' part. I required BC22 & Received a GU10 fitting. Not a lot of use to me. However, thankfully Hannah supplied the correct adapter after I had spoken to her AND sent a return Reply postage form, as well. Thankyou. LightBulbs Direct Ltd”

“Great products at a reasonable price. For some reason one of the bulbs they sent dimmed differently to the other. A quick email and 2 days later they had sent a replacement free of charge! Will definitely be using again.”
