“Good site fair prices, failed to pack the goods in a thick enough cardboard carton, some products broken by the Fedex idiots, no problem replacing them, personal answering phone service a bit useless as the staff member didn't explain what it was all about. Replacement items sent in a subsatntial carton well packed , Fedex didn't manage to breal these. If the originals had been packed in this grade of cardboard there wouldn't have been a problem. Fedex are very poor on delivering in the time slot stated, and even getting to the right address. Lightbulbs Direct are being let down by the most useless delivery company out there, shame.”

“The bulds work fine but I wish you could provide the frequency - I use your lamps in a moth trap maybe you could do some research into this and mention Moth Traps in your sales pitch - lots of people trap moths and are turning to Low voltage LE due to cost of running MV incandescants If yo could do an article/report on this I would include it in our newsletter and facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/119829941488294/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/119829941488294/ My Email troubleatmill@btinternet.com Most available LEDs that are advertised as UV lights only emit from 395-405nm, and these frequencies are actually near-UV, and not the optimum UV-A peak frequency of 365nm that is recommended to attract the widest variety of nocturnal insects (see research paper).”

“I ordered a lightbulb for my kitchen which had become obsolete, a suitable equivalent make was sent to me, but unfortunately arrived cracked. I sent an email to the supplier who was very helpful and sent a very nice apologetic message and I received a new one soon after, very good service and it arrived in one piece.”

“Based on previous reviews, ordered several bulbs we couldn't find on the high street. Delivered in good time. Opened package carefully (well protected). Opened one of five bulbs carefully and realised wrong type (for oven not living room). Return process was straightforward, if not inconvenient for me to go to Post office. Re-ordered correct product. First time, I was focussed on type of bulb, wattage, dimmable etc. missed small print of "oven". Second time used website's filter which found useful (unlike some other websites). Correct products received in good time. Work fine. Refund received in due course.”
