“Service and product was great, I only gave 4 out of 5 stars due to the way the bulbs were packaged. They were in very flimsy packaging and although recyclable (which is great) I was very relieved they hadn't been crushed.”

“I have used the service for a few years and the bulbs are outstanding.This time the bulbs at the bottom of the envelope had been crushed,breaking the glass of one bulb and damaging the box of another.The company was quick to respond and 2 more were sent and arrived today. The envelope had been mildly crushed at the bottom and one box damaged, but both bulbs intact and working. I feel there was an issue with Royal mail and told them so in 2 reviews.”

“Fast Efficient Service. Well Done. Delivery of 8 bulbs arrived in a large jiffy bag. Couple of bulb boxes crumpled but fortunately no light bulbs were broken. The ES 25w "BLUE" bulbs are very thinly coated on the inside giving off a patchy/pastel glow. (Paint could do with a thicker coat!)”

“Actually, I have already given a review on Amazon 😊! It stated that my package arrived very promptly indeed and was quite secure - very important that latter part. I have yet to utilise the adaptors as am an elderly person, and not allowed up 🪜 ladders, as you may imagine. Once someone is available to assist then I may comment further. However, my feeling is that the adaptors will function as intended. Thank you.”

“I would have given a 5 star review. The light bulbs were perfect and at an excellent price. However - the delivery was by Royal Mail. They tried to deliver twice. Although they advised me of the date on both occasions, they did not give a time. Unfortunatly, I was not home on either day when they tried to deliver. I had to change the delivery and collect at the Post Office.”

“Bought 4 light bulbs for 2 lamps. The glass part of one of the bulbs came off whilst screwing in. Told company and replaced straight away which was great although email response inferring I had screwed the bulb too tightly was not appreciated as this was not the case. Happy with service but be careful what response is as may not have been meant as such was a little patronising.”

“Company was quick to send items. Customer service was quick to issue refund after telephone call regarding faulty bulbs . However will be quite hesitant in using this company again as all items received including 2 solar items were pretty much useless .”
