“LED bent-tip candle, very niche, so +1 for stocking them. On the other hand, sending them unprotected in a Jiffy bag, -1. If I had been buying on Ebay, that would have generated negative feedback. They were ordered for an elderly friend, how long they will last, we will have to see.”

“Wanted E27, 60 watt complete see thru clear glass bulbs and couldn't find them anywhere. Almost found them at Lightbulbs Direct, say almost as they are a Pearl version instead of clear glass. Website easy to navigate and bulbs arrived when informed. All in all a good website but limited choice.”

“Unfortunately the description of this picture light was incorrect on this website - it needs two bulbs not one. It was then returned for a refund using the Business Return label supplied and I was expecting a refund within 15 working days but it was 25 days in total before a prompted refund was made. Not impressed with this second class parcel service.”

“Good range of products and quick delivery. A couple of stars deducted due to product quality. I purchased three dimmable bulbs - excellent, very pleased with the light colour and dimming range. Also purchased the recommended dimmer switch for the bulbs but this didn't work well and needed replacing.”

“This was to replace a bulb with the same product number but unfortunately it has obviously been updated and is slightly bigger so does not fit in my downlight fittings. A shame as I have 8 fittings in my kitchen which it looks like I will have to replace if I can't find bulbs to fit.”

“First order perfectly fine. Second order - courier delivered to wrong address left standing upright against someone else's door had to collect myself 1/4 mile away. when opened up bulbs were shattered like it had been thrown around. complained to the courier who said not their problem. because of the wrong delivery it was beyond the 48 hours to report breakages. oh and no fragile stickers anywhere on the packaging very disappointed as first order was perfect.”

“As I had inadvertently ordered the wrong shade of white and returned original order, I was very disappointed that you were unable to just exchange the bulbs for the correct spec, as I had hoped. Instead I was credited for original order and had to re order the correct bulbs meaning lost time. All a bit strange to me but apparently this is your policy! I’d be interested to hear the thinking behind Thais!”
