“As I had inadvertently ordered the wrong shade of white and returned original order, I was very disappointed that you were unable to just exchange the bulbs for the correct spec, as I had hoped. Instead I was credited for original order and had to re order the correct bulbs meaning lost time. All a bit strange to me but apparently this is your policy! I’d be interested to hear the thinking behind Thais!”

“Goog product and prompt delivery. However, packaging was very poor because bulbs were shippes in a jiffy/buble enveloppe, which resulted in avery bilb box being damaged. It was lucky that none of the bulbs was smashed. In my opinion such a product as bulbs they should be packed in a cardboard box with protective material all around inside the box. I will only order more bulbs in the future if I am assured that the despatch packaging will be adequate.”

“Arrived on time but packing was just a flimsy envelope and one globe pack was crushed. Bulb does work but too early to tell how long it will last. You really do need to improve packing !”

“I'm still assessing the bulbs but my initial reaction is that they flicker slightly when dimmed. Lightbulbs direct seem fine and sent the bulbs in accordance with the order.”

“Great bulbs, quick shipping. but if you need to make a return it will cost you (I had to pay £3.99) The delivery cost on the website was only £2 so quite annoying!”

“Service from Light Bulbs Direct was fine, easy to select the product, and check out. However the Royal Mail 24 was very poor, considering I paid for this service it tooK three days to arrive, after going on a sightseeing trip round the country. email updates were inaccurate, avoid.”
