“I am extremely pleased with the service I received when purchasing some light bulbs recently. One of the bulbs was damaged in transit so I phoned the company. They were very helpful and sent a replacement bulb which I received within a couple of days. Excellent service and I will certainly use this company again in the future.”

“I unfortunately ordered the wrong size bayonet lamps. I rang the company and the lady was very helpful in explaining how to return the wrong items, then gave me the correct stock number to re-order the lamps I require. Also, I would get a full refund included postage paid for the return items, excellent service.”
