“I think a great service is not necessarily doing things perfectly all the time but reacting to problems and solving them quickly. My delivery was missing a couple of items, I emailed them explaining and a few days later the order was fulfilled - very impressed.”

“I bought a dimmable 14 W LED replacement for the halogen lamp in my mother and child lamp. Not easy to find in the usual stores. It's almost as bright as the halogen. Easy to order and arrived quickly”

“It is cheaper than many other stores and you can easily find rare fluorescent types. The only downside is ordering system allows you to choose express next day delivery, which is available for orders given before 3 pm, even you order after 3 pm. It costs only £1 more, but it should be easy to grey out express option after 3 pm.”
