LED Festoon light set bought from here went faulty after only a few days use. Only the first bulb in the set worked. Emailed the company twice to inquire how to return for a refund. They didn’t reply. Wouldn’t recommend the company or the product.

Expensive. Poor packaging. Faulty and smashed bulbs. Refund for damaged and faulty goods equated to less than I had paid for the faulty and smashed items!

I ordered a specialised bulb with the appropriate dimensions and was sent the wrong item. I attempted to speak to customer service to ensure the order was correct with success. very disappointed in Lightbulb direct and would not recommend.

My first order was a mistake the bulbs were the wrong size. I sent these back and I am still waiting for a refund!. Although it was my mistake my eyesight at th time was not good. I did return them unopened.

Immediately after I had sent an oder I sent a second email asking to change bulbs from pearl to clear ones - same price and otherwise same spec bulbs. Lightbulbs Direct couldn't be bothered to change the order, or even to reply to my email. I will not use them again.

Placed order on line which was accepted on 28th November '20. Received E Mail from Light Bulbs direct on 1st December stating that the item I ordered was " Out of Stock " but was expected back in stock w/c 7th December '20 and was I happy to wait until stock arrived. I replied that I was happy to wait for stock to arrive provided that it did not delay beyond 14th December. To my surprise and disappointment, I received an E mail on 9th December '20 telling me that my order was cancelled with no explanation. So here I am with no light bulb and no explanation. Very disappointed !!. Peter Hill

For the second time the incorrect bulbs have been sent. The first time both the fitting - screw fit instead of bayonet, and the size of fit, small instead of standard, were wrong. This time, those things were both correct but you sent bright white instead of warm white. Another return and I haven't had a refund from the first one yet. Very very poor service as I checked - and double-checked - that I had ordered the correct item. I will return these bulbs and see if I can find what i want on the highstreet. I will also await your refunds!

Extremely disappointing as colour shown in ad is nothing like the colour of bulb delivered which is pink NOT red.

I found the delivery packaging very minimal for the amount charged. The box containing the lightbulb was squashed on arrival. I ordered the wrong bulb, although the full specifications were stated on the website I found them hard to find. When I contacted customer service I found their response very blunt, uninformative and unhelpful. Wish I used my local electrical wholesaler.

The bulbs are fine thank you but the jiffy bag they were in had been opened and to add insult to injury, they had been posted to the wrong address so I had a very annoying morning trying to find which house they had been delivered to !!!!!! My advice is...... 1) Pack the bulbs in a secure and well padded box rather than a jiffy bag . 2) Use a different courier .

Order never arrived, despite paying for 1-2 day delivery. Contacted customer service and have had no response. Only contact I’ve had has been 2 automated emails asking me for a review

Bought lightbulbs. They arrived. Work fine. No problems. Since buying, have been CONSTANTLY spammed by LIGHTBULBS DIRECT. Every day, my email inbox gets another cgeap, nasty marketing gimmick from Lightbulbs Direct. Are they insane?!? I would never buy from them again because they do not respect the personal protected information of their customers but seem to think giving them access to addresses means they have permission to nag you to death. The business has no professionalism. Unless you enjoy spam, buy elsewhere. I will in future.

Bulb failed within 2 hours of being fitted. Similar experience with previous purchhases of Opus golf ball lightbulbs. They are cheap so not worth the hassle of returning
