“Very pleased! The website is easy to use and the details of the bulbs are laid out clearly so you know what you're getting. I ordered 5 LED (100 watt equivalent) 13w bulbs, they arrived on time and well packaged and all worked just fine ...... good make too, 'Crompton' and reasonably priced! I've already seen some other bulbs I need so will be using 'Lightbulbs Direct' again without hesitation.”

“Bought 4 light bulbs for 2 lamps. The glass part of one of the bulbs came off whilst screwing in. Told company and replaced straight away which was great although email response inferring I had screwed the bulb too tightly was not appreciated as this was not the case. Happy with service but be careful what response is as may not have been meant as such was a little patronising.”

“Company was quick to send items. Customer service was quick to issue refund after telephone call regarding faulty bulbs . However will be quite hesitant in using this company again as all items received including 2 solar items were pretty much useless .”
