“It took us a while to track down these particular bulbs as the previous bulbs were faulty and no longer manufactured. We were really pleased and have working spotlights which hopefully, this time, will last for years. Fast efficient service, good value, well packaged. Very happy”

“Took a little longer than I expected to dispatch order - but it was just after New Year. 1 item out of several that I ordered and that was listed as "in stock" at the time I had ordered it wasn't sent. I didn't receive the email they said they'd sent when I rang up after receiving my delivery, and I was told the product in question was now discontinued. My card was refunded for the unsent item. The above is the only reason that LightBulbs Direct only get 4 stars from me. Bear in mind that I ordered just after New Year. I'm happy with the items that I did receive; which were packaged inside a box that utilised an inner layer of semi-organic biodegradable packaging, rather than a ton of polystyrene to pollute the environment: That gives them 5 stars out of 5 for environmental consideration. Would I order again? Yes I think I would.”

“Great products at great prices and prompt service. Order arrived complete and well packed on two occasions. 1 minor issue with a single bulb was rectified immediately, without challenge or cost, cant complain at that for customer service. Recommended.”

“I've placed a few seperate orderes now for 6' LED tubes with LightBulbs Direct & I must say that their prices are very competitive & their delivery times are excellent. Unfortunately, their packaging is very poor. I know that 6' glass tubes must be one of the worst things to send by courier, but please at least put them in a rigid cardboard container, not just a flimsy cardboard box! Most of my seperate orders were received broken, but they do send out replacements quickly. Thanks LightBulbs Direct!”

“On a mission to replace an assortment of bulbs around the house with LED equivalents, I visited the LightBulbs Direct website and found it really easy to identify potential options of the right sizes, shapes, and brightnesses. I made one mistake when I didn't check the physical size of a super-bright bulb and it turned out to be too big for the light fitting, but Customer Service helped me out quickly, efficiently and with great friendliness. I'm a very satisfied customer!”
