“Received the wrong bulbs but that was probably my fault telephoned to ask about returning then they were extremely helpful and sent details to my email I reordered correct bulbs and they arrived by next day delivery at no extra cost”

“To be fair, I didring them to check where the order was but as it goes out by Royal Mail it took a coupleof days. As it happens, it arrived half an hour after I rang so all's perfick!”

“Bought 20 bulbs online. When i opened the packaging i discoved that 5 bulbs were smashed. Costs more to return them than they are worth. That financial dilemma was effectively capitalised on by lightbulbs direct. So as a consequence i got 15 bulbs for the price of 20, i.e. 33% more than the advertised price.”

“Great to find American size bulbs for lamps I brought back from the U.S. - I had no idea they were so difficult to find. I would like to have higher wattage, but at least they're working, which is the main thing. LightBulbs Direct kept me up to date on shipping, the price was good and the service was prompt. All in all satisfied, and I'll use again for any difficult to find products.”
