“A little slow to inform us that a product was not available at the time of the order but redeemed themselves by a prompt repayment and delivery of an alternative next day. Could not have expected any more from them, well above and beyond expectancy. There is only one place I am going for light bulbs in future. Light Bulbs Direct !”

“LightBulbs Direct are the only ones selling Daylight bulbs now, and the product is good. I had to contact them when over a week passed and no delivery. The courier had returned them without notifying the company. I got them eventually and got what I ordered.”

“Have used this company twice now. The first time I was unsure about the type of bulb I needed. I contacted their customer care team. The lady I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and helped me to select the right one, even sending me a picture, I didn't realise there were so many! Created a great impression. Would definitely recommend this company to others.”

“I made an error in quantity when ordering and emailed the company immediately. They replied straight way, amended the quantity and refunded me the difference very quickly. Package arrived in a few days. Unfortunately one bulb had broken in transit. I emailed the company and they sent a replacement the following day. The product is good and the customer service is excellent.”
