“Good choice of all sorts of lightbulbs. Good product descriptions. Filter selection on the left of the search screen is clunky: if you select + deselect different filters it eventually gets 'stuck' so you have to refresh the page and start filtering from scratch. Nice feature to be able to add selections to my list and attach my own notes. Order process is easy and clear. Delivered on time as promised. One dimmable LED out of four I bought was faulty when dimmed but I just use it in a non-dimming lamp now, so cannot comment on returns process.”

“Cannot fault the service from LightBulbs Direct. LED replacement for fluorescent tube was very well packaged - but still managed to be broken by the courier. Replacement sent next day ( and arrived safely ). Great service - and thank you to Bernadette.”
