“I have bought 12 LED replacement light bulbs from this company. The site is easy to use and delivery is quick. I had problems with one lamp out of these, which just stopped working after a month. I contacted Lightbulbs Direct and they sent me a replacement which was delivered the next day, Excelent service, I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone.”

“my request was a little unusual - I needed a special replacement bulb for my moth trap. I telephoned the company and spoke to an extremely polite and helpful gentleman who told me he had one available. I paid by card and my bulb arrived safely two days later. Full marks for courtesy and efficiency!”

“Ordered by phone and was "served" by a very polite young lady who was knowledgeable and cheerful. Nothing was a problem and my bulbs arrived within days, well packaged and at a price FAR below any other stockist - I love to complain about poor service but not a chance with these guys!!”

“Having accidentally ordered the wrong type of bulbs for my chandelier, the lady I spoke to in Customer Services was very helpful. I was offered a full refund and return. Plus she helped me to order the correct bulbs over the phone. Despite my error, the bulbs were delivered very quickly. I've actually decided to keep the wrong size bulbs because I have a few lamps in my house that they will fit in. The bulbs themselves are good quality and give out a lot of light for only 3W. Very impressed!”

“Having previously bought the wrong bulbs from a supermarket , was recommended to try online by a friend and invest in a quality bulb. So glad I did! The whole process was easy with visual guides on the website which helped me choose the right spotlight bulbs this time, ordering was easy and delivery excellent, the bulbs arrived 2 days later. Hope these bulbs will last a long time but would definitely buy from this company again.”
