“The blinds do their job of being blackout, though there is a little light coming through between each slat, but I was rather disappointed that they crease easily. The finish seemed very basic too.”

“Love my rigid plastic blinds they look great in the conservatory but the responses times to answer any queries and place my order was very poor which is a shame and has put me off using the company again. You shouldn’t have to chase a company for a response.”

“The actual blinds were ok but the chains I received with them are really quite loose on the bottom of the blinds but it is in a spare room where not many people will be in so therefore only I can see it!”

“I have had 2 orders from this company and both have had a problem, albeit promptly remedied. In the first the side a bracket for a velux type window was too long, and in the second only 1 fixing bracket was sent with a roller blind.”

“We have not yet hung the blinds. This is because we did not receive the parts and fittings as described on the website to hang the blinds. It has taken over a week to get the end plates sent to us and to be told that from now on the factory simply doesn't supply the screws and rawl plugs. Ms Showman was very pleasant and apologetic on the phone; however the fact remains that we did not receive what we had ordered and I had even requested a sample fitting pack because I was concerned about fitting the blinds. This was supplied with all fittings included; hence our expectation. I do hope the blinds are acceptable when we hang them.”

“The order processing was simple however we had massive issues with the delivery. The courier company, that was used DX Delivery, was a nightmare to deal with however the customer services team at Lifestyle blinds was very patient and helpful.”

“They are expensive for something that continues to let light through, aren’t therefore blackout blinds. They partially black out but let light through around the edges. The design also takes up too much window space”
