“The product was excellent, we need several more blinds and would definitely order from you again if it were not for the extortionate shipping cost, which on my order added another 71% to the cost of the blind slats!! So for this reason, I regret I will not be ordering more blinds from you.”

I am so sorry Elizabeth, delivery is free for orders for over £149 and £7.95 for orders under £149. This is in line with most other blind websites and we actually make a loss on shipping. Please contact us with regards to the new order and we will be able to help on your next order.

After contacting customer services they gave us some tips which didn't work so instantly sent out a new track which solved the problem as it appears a magnet was missing from first one. We love the blinds and have since ordered three more sets. Cannot praise this company enough!!! They supply what they promise and their after sales customer service is exceptional.
