“The ordering and delivery were straightforward and when I had a question about how to adjust the blind to install it, customer services were extremely helpful.”

“the blind was has described and delivered on time with only one problem that being a chrome chain was ordered and paid for but it came with the white plastic chain. Can I make a suggestion the length of chain would be better if it was longer for the greater drop it's short by 24 inches.”

“Blind received with a small tear in the side, I didn’t do anything about this as I was desperate for this. Blind doesn’t fully shut all the way down, there is still a small gap along the bottom when closed fully. Although excellent quality, and having the blackout definitely works!”

“After a few initial problems ie. the blinds varying shading from one side to the other, and being too long and having to cut almost a centimetre off, Naomi was very helpful and advised us to take slats off and pull cord really tight, apparently this should've been done in the factory before dispatch but obviously wasn't.”

“The product was excellent, we need several more blinds and would definitely order from you again if it were not for the extortionate shipping cost, which on my order added another 71% to the cost of the blind slats!! So for this reason, I regret I will not be ordering more blinds from you.”

I am so sorry Elizabeth, delivery is free for orders for over £149 and £7.95 for orders under £149. This is in line with most other blind websites and we actually make a loss on shipping. Please contact us with regards to the new order and we will be able to help on your next order.

Took a bit longer to arrive than expected but when I spoke to them on the phone they were very helpful and explained the colour I had ordered was out of stock and would be another week, but offered me an alternative if I couldn't wait, but they arrived soon after so not a problem.”

“I love my blinds I have now bought 6 of your glitter roller blinds my only complaint is one of them wasn’t straight and now it catches on the right hand side where the pull is and every time we open and close it causes it to fray on the edge!”
