“I had mistakenly ordered the wrong length for replacement blind slats. A lady called Naomi Showman kindly referred me to a site where I could purchase a tool to fix the blinds myself. She could have told me I would have to order new blinds, but she saved me time and money. True customer service and a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend this company again.
