Our replacement slats came with some weights that were damaged just due to transit but this wasn't a problem, I contacted the site and they are sending out some new ones. Brilliant customer service. “The blackout blinds I ordered (for my skylight windows) are brilliant and very easy to install. They do truly keep the light out, no slivers of light round the edges like some other blinds. The customer service is also excellent. I made a mistake in ordering the wrong sized blind for one of my windows and they were so helpful in arranging the return and replacement blind. Quick and efficient service, excellent products (replacement slats for vertical blinds), the sample service is great too as it gives the opportunity to feel the quality of the material and check pattern and colour for compatibility. A really good experience - we won't be going anywhere else for blinds in the future.”
