About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Great gift although I received an undelivered msg because recipient was out, which surely defeats the purpose of a letterbox gift. Perhaps more provision around a backup plan would be good.”

“Lovely gift and prompt service Would have given 5 but didn’t like the fact that the recipient didn’t know who it was from. By the time I’d placed the order there was no way to add my details or a message.”

“Gift for my partner as I’m currently away from home. He said he enjoyed his gift and it arrived in a timely fashioned. I didn’t see the product myself but he seemed very happy with it and was a nice way of me showing some care, so Thankyou letterbox gifts”

“Rather discombobulated by the question where to leave the package, as I assumed it would fit through the letterbox. Isn't that the whole point? Nearly made me pull out. My friend was delighted that I didn't.”

“The gifts were lovely, I ordered a spa night in gift for one friend & a chocolate gift for another. They were both really chuffed with them :-) I would have given five stars had it not been for the fact that neither gifts were put through the letterboxes and so both friends had to either re-arrange delivery or go and collect it from their local post office.”

“Good wine - excellent and novel gift right now when we can’t meet up for a celebratory drink! Bottle could be a bit thicker as recipient accidentally held too tightly and wine was spilt! 5 stars for despatch, delivery info!”

“The gift was really great but I had asked for it to be delivered nearer the end of the following month for a special birthday instead it was sent out straight away which was too early and as it was food had to be opened . With the issues of postage during coronavirus I ordered in advance but expected delivery near the date I requested as it was clear it was a birthday gift. Very beautifully presented and tasty”

“Unfortunately there was delivery issues with Royal Mail, but when the gift did arrive the recipient thought the Macarons were lovely. Letterbox Gifts were extremely helpful.”

“The recipient was very pleased with her present. One thing that was a bit odd is that the e-mails that I received to tell me where the package was were addressed to the recipient of the present, rather than me as the sender of the present. This is quite confusing, so rather than saying "Hello Sophie, your parcel is on it's way...", they were addressed to the name of the person I was sending it to. However it was my e-mail address and I was the one sending it, so the e-mails should have been addressed to me.”
