About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Highly recommend this company, having ordered in haste delivery to the wrong address, a quick phone call to their customer service resolved immediately and confirmed via email. Delivery was on time, although not through the letterbox but that’s a delivery issue.”

“Excellent service from Letter Box, kept updated, order was quickly despatched with Royal Mail tracker reference and delivery was on time (used free tracked 48 delivery). My friend loved the letterbox gift. It has a good mix of different pamper bits and the fact that it’s all made in Britain is a nice bonus too. I’ll definitely use Letter Box again.”

“I purchased the whiskey set for Fathers Day as I needed something that could be posted while I was away. Its difficult to find items specific for the men in our lives and this was perfect. More importantly my Dad loved it.”

“Brought as present for friend she says it was lovely even if a bit late,I only ordered day before so will order earlier in future As a bye the way I have found Royal Mail notoriously slow on many occasions”

“The present itself was nice, albeit theissue was missing item from the gift and the customer service has been awful. I e-mailed about the missing item from the gift I ordered initially, and have still not had any response. I followed up via live chat, and all I got was a response confirming my box had been delivered - so they clearly did not even read my enquiry as I specifically stated there was missing items FROM my box.”
