Paid for a rug that was listed on the website and after a day received notification that it was ready for dispatch. Over a week later I hadn’t received the rug, so I called and was told they never had that item in stock. They were more than happy to take my money and were perfectly fine with waiting for me to discover for myself that I was never going to receive it. When I called, I received an apology and prompt refund. The whole experience was strange - made more so by my now receiving an email asking for a review with the incentive that I might receive £50 off the cost of my rug if I did so.
